Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Once payment is received, we will be unable to make changes or remove items from your order in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly and includes all information (correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers). ZRXis not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided at the time of placing order is incorrect.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. Please check your junk mail folder if you did not receive one. Email our customer care team with any questions at signup@caperobbin.com
  • Wholesale products are made to order. Orders requiring production may require a minimum of 8-12 weeks from the time of your order for the completion of items. Production items and larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.
  • Wholesalers incur all shipping costs. ZRXwill provide tracking info. UPS and FedEx are typically used for large domestic orders.
  • If your shipment is damaged in transit, refuse delivery. If unable to refuse delivery, you agree to contact Carrier and ZRXwithin 14 days of delivery. Please DO NOT throw away packages, packing materials, or damaged goods. Carriers require photographs of both the damaged box and the products.
  • ZRXcannot be held liable for any errors or shipping delays caused by the carrier but will work to help facilitate retrieval. Problems must be reported in writing by email and you will not be able to return goods until a written authorization from ZRX is received. Goods that are sent back without prior authorization may not be eligible for credit to your account.
  • UPS Ground Shipping or Standard Shipping for U.S. 48 Continental States. If you are located in another location, a forwarding transportation provider is recommended.
  • Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Processing time may vary due to merchandise availability and/or payment discrepancies. Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping time is based on business days (including expedited shipping services). The cut-off time for all expedited shipping services is 12 PM PST. Orders placed after 12 PM PST will ship the following business day.
  • Some packages may require a signature. There is a slight chance that your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery. ZRXis not responsible for any delays caused by adverse weather conditions. Delivery time for Ground and Standard shipping are estimates only. Only 2 Day, 3 Day and Overnight shipping methods are guaranteed to arrive by the estimated date.
  • A $5 signature service fee by UPS might be applied in addition to the shipping fee. A $10 return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason such as wrong address.
